September 19th Meeting Info!

We will of course have our meet and greet. Say hello to new members, decide on the pizza we all wish to get, and talk about what's going on it our tanks. We would like for everyone (except Gary who's food and drink is covered as thanks) who is going to chow down on some pizza to have $6 ready. :)

This month Gary (Desert Fish) will be giving us an introduction on acrylic working. I will have my laptop ready. If anyone else has one they can bring it would be most helpful for all and we would really appreciate it. I also hope Gary if you are reading this, you will let us know if there is anything or any help you need.

I hate to say this but I can't come to this month's meeting because I have to attend a friends party. But I can drop of a copy of AC's BOCP, if anyone requests it, before I go.
Rest assure I will not not miss Anthony's big welcome party next month!

Well here is our issue. I got a call yesterday afternoon from Round Table informing me that the party room has been reserved for the year every Sunday from 11am to 3pm. I called last week before MACNA to be sure we could get that room and the gent I talked to said he has us marked down. :rolleyes:

Any suggestions? We could meet at 3-3:30pm..?

I dont have any problem meeting later. It would be nice to have the party room, especially if members are bringing little ones.

3:30 is perfect, having a big get together with old friends at like 10-11am so 3:30 falls in just the right spot.

Ha! I called and someone booked the room yesterday afternoon from 3:45 to 4:45. :(

Well I have to say I am unimpressed with that place. last time we were there there was only a man and a kid in the room playing checkers, they were the only ones I ever saw in there.

sorry to jump into this but I live in St. George and if you think you have a small selection of lfs around try here. 3 stores only and one is a Petco the two others, well lets say I've just started and I've already began asking questions they can't answer. anyway just wonderin if I might get a pm on any of your meetings, its only a 1.5-2 hr drive.

welcome! we'd be more than happy to have you at our meetings and help you with any questions we can answer. we have some reefers in AZ & CO that we talk to, now we can add UT to the group too.

we're meeting today at 3:30, at the address above. please come by! our meeting is in the same strip mall as ATM II (a lfs). they're not the greatest, but it's something new for you to look at. :)

i didnt make it either, turns out i ended up having to do something and Sahara and Fort Apache was just way too far for me to make it in a decent amount of time, so unfortunatly i had to scrap it. Sorry guys~
