Air line tubing leak?

Maybe I just think too much. ....

I am now setting up the Korallin reactor 1502 and wondering, will the "barbed" connection that the air line tubing is connected to ever leak?

Or in general, do we need to do anything special (e.g., clamp)when making the air line tubing connection or just simply snap the air line to the barb??

Never had a problem with mine leaking. No clamps necessary. Just push em on and get to the tuning will ya. :D

You want an excellent, never leak seal on any hose to barb fitting??? Try this take the end of the tubing put it in some boiling hot water for a minute or two... Then slip it on the barb fitting... Let it cool... I have done this, and the only way I have ever been able to get it apart, was to slice the tubing along the barb fitting.... HTH
