Here are a few pictures from our meeting held on October 19th. The first is the host of course standing next to his 240 gallon reef tank. It is an awesome tank for sure. Lighting consists of 400W Iwasaki's. The tank is plumbed into an 80 gallon sump. Thanks Bob for having us this month.

AWESOME PICS MDM!!!

The one with just the actinics is particularly beautiful IMO.

I think you're forgetting one, though, aren't you :)

Awesome pics and awesome tank!!! Thanks for sharing. How come I didn't know of this club when I spent 4 years living by the sound? :(

So what are the good LFS' in the area now? Been awhile since I've been there.

Cookoo, there are a few stores in the Seattle area worth checking out. Aquarium Concepts (Seattle), Blue Sierra (Issaquah) and Saltwater City (Bellevue) are my favorites. Maybe you can come to a meeting next time you're out this way.

From the looks of the 2 pictures where you can see the left side of the tank, I'd say I was hogging the spot :bum: (that is, of course, until you kicked me out of there :))

Kinda funny how you're in the same spot in both pictures! I'm assuming that was the best spot to view the tank or were u the owners newest tank decoration? "I call it 'The Looker', the sequel to 'the Thinker' " :D

There's a really great cave over on that side of the tank. Nobody else got to see it, though :) His mandarin was doing a little dance in the cave as I was watching. It kind of felt like a peep show:eek2:

Just bringing this up for another look....
