Sand

hello all, just got my new 46 bow from emerald bay, and i am not going to put the crushed coral from my existing tank into it. i am looking for some sand if anybody has some extra for sale. the guys at the bay said that someone might have some southdown. i am trying to get aroung 20 #'s of live and 20#'s of dry. any help would be great. thanks

what dimensions are your bow? I have a custom 3 bulb pc unit that was sitting over my 26 bow. Bulbs are brand new. Less than 20 hours on them. Two 65 watt 03 and one 10k. I can bring you some sand to seed with. Don't have enough to fill a tank. This saturday would be good for me to check out the rock and get you that frag.

the deminsions on my tank are 36x16x22. i love to check out the pc's, and any sand to seed with would be great. sat is tough for me, i have family coming in town. i can drive to meet you somewhere if you like.

this hood is not that long. It would be very easy to retrofit though. All three bulbs have reflectors and are on seperate ballasts with seperate on/off for each bulb. You could easily retro if you wished. Lemme check out my work schedule as far as meeting.
