Hi,
I have four of these in a 37gal (seahorse) tank with a citron goby, a royal gramma, and a purple firefish (no seahorses yet). The tank is set-up with an overflow and a sump/refugium below, in the stand and currently has about 35lbs live rock. If the neon gobys breed and have fry, is it possible for them to survive in the tank? What, if any special precautions should I take to ensure thier survival? What would they need to feed on?

As I understand it, these fish are being tank-raised currently and will breed readily in captivity. I.E; what would it take for me to raise some of the fry, even if not in mass quantities?

Hi Ed, it's Donna from seahorse.org! Todd from our group has had good success breeding neons. I got a pair from him and asked him about breeding them. He says it's about the same degree of difficulty as breeding seahorses, except that you will definitely need rotifers as a first food.
