Does anyone have any recomendations on what pump to use with a turbofloater 1000 skimmer?

It came with a RIO 2100 but it is quite noisey.

Any suggestions are welcome.

The Ocean Runners are the recommended pumps. Specifically, the 2700. They have a retro-kit. Check it out at:
