Aquarium Restaurant tour

The manager of the Aquarium Restaurant has agreed to give MTRC members a "behind the scenes" tour. We would go in on a Saturday morning at 10am & tour the tanks with their biologist before they open. We would also be the first seated for lunch when they open.
Our group would be limited to about 20 people so I need to get a count of how many are interested. Please give me a total # including yourself & family members.

They said "about 20". That's why I want to get a head count & see if they can accomodate us. If not, maybe we could make two groups & go twice. I'm sure we can work something out.

The time would be 10:00am. The date & group size will be dictated by the manager but I haven't been able to catch her this week. I'm asking for 8-28-04 & they may take us all at once because we should be easier to handle than an elementary school class.....maybe...

8/28, I'm in, but my wife has all 6 sisters coming in to stay at our house for the weekend, so she can't make it.....BUT I WILL, I PROMISE, IN FACT I'LL BE WAITING OUTSIDE THE RESTAURANT AS OF FRIDAY AT 3:00 P.M. (that's when the first of 5 planes arrive). Could this tour possibly last until 5:00 P.M. on Sunday?....(LOL)
Did I mention I will have a total of 7 women in my house all weekend? Does anyone need to remodel their tank, or move one, or build one for that matter?

We have a reservation for Sept. 4th. (8-28-04 was booked)
They will be serving us early, before actual opening so they would like to know what we'll be ordering to help the chef prepare. If you plan to attend, go to www.nashvilleaquarium.com & check out the menu, then e-mail me what you would like to order. I will prepare a total list to send to them the day before. They asked that we not choose the Chicken club sandwich because it takes too long to prepare & wouldn't be ready in time.
Also there will be a small fee for the tour but our group is different from the norm so they don't know how much yet. Hopefully I will know today & pass that info along to you.

It looks like with my recent business plan changes that I will not be able to make it, again. I am flying back in on a red-eye from Portland Friday night, so I wouldn't be good company Sat. If there is a next time, I'll be there for sure.

I only have eleven people confirmed for the tour. If you want to go shoot me an e-mail with your menu choices by Thursday night so I can send it in Friday. If you want to change your menu selection Saturday that's ok, they just want to get an idea on what to start preparing first.

The small fee for the tour I mentioned earlier has been waived for our group :-)
Also, some of the mechanical areas require closed toe footwear, so anyone wearing sandals or open toe shoes won't be allowed in those areas.
