My BC won't do it...

Hi,

I have a pair of BC that has been together for over 6 months already. I am quite positive that they are male-female pair, since they do not fight - I started out with 6 BC trying to find the pair.

Both of them are about 1.5" in length, but they don't seem to want to reproduce. They are currently sharing the 50g with a pair of A. clarkii.

Do you have any sugestions or tips to get them spawn?

remove them from the pair of clowns.......
IME banggai will only breed in a safe area. I found that high movement (lots of fast moving fish like tangs)will prevent breeding, also when other fish harass these banggais they will not breed, so unless your tank is huge
choose which pair you want to breed, and remove the other
frank
