What does everyone feed their Tangs?

Hey everyone what do you feed your Tangs, I need to get some food for I am ordering a couple this week and I want everything in stock when they arrive. Any suggestions would be great.

I think the Seaweed Selects are ideal. I try to feed a variety of the red and green seaweed. Some people buy the seaweed sheets from the Oriental grocery, but I've never done this--just because I'm lazy!

If you want, I'll bring you some on Thursday.

My tangs also gobble up pretty much any kind of flake food or frozen food.

I like to feed my tang frozen "formula two" It's like tang cocaine!

Pretty much anything green. My tangs are rabit for the green "weed-in-a-clip".
