State Frag Swap?

I see on the current events page that there is a state frag swap schedules for august 21st. Does anyone have any info on this? Where is it being held? Thanks

Read the whole thing because if I remember right they have changed from just a swap to a sell and swap.

Hey Matt, how's it going? Are you going to be there? I'm may not be able to go to this...I'm trying to finagle my way out of having to be in Charlotte. If I can, I'll be there.
