Present: Denise Goodheart, Jason Barltett, Mike Bazelenelli
Tanya Peaslee sat in on the meeting
Club Growth:
Discussed sending out flyers with members
Discussed handing out cards to pet shops for SW sales
Getting meeting announcement into smaller, local papers as well as the larger ones. (Denise et al) Uncle Henry’s also discussed (Jason)
Change date to Sat to enable/encourage persons to attend
Non Profit Status:
Mike suggested we go ahead and file for non-profit status (Denise)
Need to have by-laws- assign committee….
Emblem:
Several more emblems were submitted…. Need to make last call for designs due for next meet … create a committee for emblem ‘assembly’
Wish List:
Seek what fellow members would like to get out of / or do through the club.
Next Meet:
Mike suggested we relocate the meet at NEL, I agreed. When we need more room, we can look into KVCC again. If I am not able to make a meet, the meeting will take place at a member’s home.
Slated for Saturday 12pm at NEL. To look at overhead, will decided which on Sat. Goodheart invited members to see her tank in Vassalboro.
