HOT refugium?

Is anyone using or has used a hang on top refugium? I am thinking about using one, but I don't know how well they work. I stupidly made my stand without a sump/fug in mind for I really didn't know about the hobbie at that time so no room what so ever in the stand for any size tank, maybe a couple of 8 gallons. Thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

Hang on refugium serve the purpose, however you may want more volume than what you can get out of one of these. You might consider running a remote sump. If you own your home and there is a room or closet behind the tank you could cut a hole in the wall and run it in there.
