I've just set up a new tank and got my live rock from Tampa Bay Saltwater (attempting to make a zero-impact setup). When they sent me my second shipment, they included a Florida pink-tipped and a Flower anemone. My tank still isn't really done cycling, and I don't think I have the lighting they'll need (4 55W power compacts on a 90 gallon quarter cylinder tank), and I'm afraid they won't survive. They actually still look pretty healthy to my untrained eye, although the pink-tipped does a lot of roaming, so I think he's not particularly happy.

I'd be happy to give them to a good home if anyone wants them. I'd feel pretty bad if they died in the process of setting all this up. My tank is obviously disease free (since there's hardly anything in it except rock and some clean-up critters), although the nitrate's still pretty high.

Let me know--email address ruppelra@yahoo.com

Thanks

I sent you an email.

I am very interested and I have a "clean" tank for them.

You'd be surprised at how little light thse things need to survive. If you feed t will, it should have enought xooanthae to survve well-kept water conditions.
