Golden Pearls for clownfish larvae?

Has there been any documented success with using golden pearls from brineshrimpdirect.com as a substitute for rotifers? From reading Joyce Wilkerson's book, I know there has been success with using pulverized spirulina as a substitute for certain clownfish species.

so straight up I am not aware of anyone having success w/ using goldern pearls as a food substitute, however the ground spiralina has been used. One point of caution is that these food substitutes foul the water very quickly, so if you do plan on trying using dead foods, ensure you change lots of water and remove the uneaten foods.
