Just curious, but how is the tank of the month chosen? Is it chosen by the moderators from the links? Do you have to apply for it? Is there a vote that happens somewhere monthly for it?

I'm just wondering.. as I didn't see any posted policy on it anywhere, and searching the archives didn't turn up anything.
