I recently checked out a nanoreef in a neighboring lab at school and noticed the tank was starting to suffer from a massive explosion of flatworms (small red planaria) and aiptasia. I dropped off a large peppermint shrimp to help keep the aiptasia from spreading, but I'm curious whether there is anything that can be done in a 20 gallon nano about them that would be coral safe and fish safe. While I know the peppermint would eat the smaller anems, I don't think it would touch the larger ones.

The person once tried a nudibranch, which simply disappeared after a while. Any other solutions that are reef safe? I mentioned a calcium paste which was recommended once to me before, but the perosn's hoping for a faster solution that can be introduced relatively quickly that could take care of the anems or the flatworms.
