Hello.
I am new to Reef Central and have a simple question.
I need about 100-150 lbs of loose slate rock, preferably the burgundy one. I found it as cheap as $.99 per lb. but I think it can be bought somewhere else much cheaper, perhaps at some "rock plant" I've been to many building supply places and masonary suppliers but none of them have it. They said I can get it from someone in SI or LI but nobody would recommend a place.
Can someone help so that I can save on rocks and spend more on other equipment.
