Hey All,

I recently got lots of zoanthids and some encrusting grogorian (sp?) I left the gorgorian alone for now and crazyglued the zo's to some rock.....I hope I did an OK job. How should I attach the gorgorian so it can stary spreading? And is crazy glue the best choice for sticking zo's to rocks to grow??

Thanks!:D

Mimi,
What I use for gorgorian's is first strip the bottom of the gorgorian to about as much you will cover. Then use a Aquarium Epoxy. The reason for stripping is to avoid flesh infection. It will hold a lot better than glue because the gorgorian will not encrust like a Acro's does.

Hope this helps

Super glue gel is the best for the zoos. It doesn't matter what brand so long as it is gel. I get mine at Home Depot. $1.59 for 2 small tubes.

Also you might stop by Ebay and check out Calfo's propigation book when you get the chance. Sean bought it a couple of months ago. It has a prop technique for just about every coral there is.

Mimi,
I have his book if you would like to borrow it, just let me know.
Also To all club members. I am working on something with Anthony Calfo So please hold off buying any of his books if you can until we talk at the next meeting.

Thanks
