I bought a single ricordea mushroom from David PLAYFAIR. The entire deal went smoothly. Fast shipment. The ricordea mushroom was healthy and beautiful, well-packaged. I would order from him again.

Would echo the above comments on 6 SPS frags I purchased from David earlier this month. All arrived healthy and well packaged; they appear to be taking hold quite nicely in their new home.

Will third the previous two statements. I bought a SEN 900 from him a couple months ago. Great deal great transaction. The shipping was a little more than the quote and he ate the cost. Definitely a good guy to buy from.

I couldn't agree more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got 4 frags from Playfair and missed the first delivery date and had to get them the next day.....total of 2 days in transit and all of them made it and are doing great.Frags were huge too.

My Sarcophyton elegans {Fiji yellow leather}and Plerogyra {bubble coral}are frags from Playfair.They are doing great and they are VERY colorful.How many reefers can frag bubble corals? Top-notch rating for Dave,and the rest of his colorful corals, as well.I've seen them in person! :eek2:

Well, I now have my own piece of the "Mistress", and what a nice piece it is. Received several SPS frags and some zoo's from David recently. Everything was smooth and the corals are excellent! To top that off, David Playfair seems like a great guy. This was definately an interactive deal.

I've got to post my Kudos for David. I just recieved 6 frags from him and they arrived as scheduled, packed better than any on-line order I've ever placed and to boot they were good sized frags!!

I am definately planning on doing some business with him in the futured. Wonderful communication between buyer and seller.

It's great that the hobby has people like David willing to spend his time, frag some corals, box them up and ship them, and then spend his time responding to all our PITA questions... :)

hey all..
just received my first order of sps frags from david and im pretty impressed. they were very well packed in a styrofoam cooler, double bagged and heat packs. frags were approximately 1" in size, except for a larger slimer that he cut me a deal on (thanks dave) and the color looks excellent. he shipped fedex overnight and provided a tracking number. all in all, a great transaction. i would not hesitate to buy from dave again, and will recommend him to anyone looking for great sps frags at an awesome price.

What a great guy. He was amazing to deal with and very freindly. Provided tons of information in addition to the sale. I dont even think he could have made much money after shipping and packaging costs.

I got a nice selection of softies from him at a great price. The shipping was very fast and the packaging was great. Ic ouldnt even tell the difference between his packaging and marinedpot. The frags were all in great shape and nice sized. I have had them for few weeks now and they are all doing great. The green star polyp has some of the brightest coloration I have seen. The ones in the LFS are not even close.

I would highly recommend to anyone who wants some nice frags at great price. Im going to have to get a bigger tank just so I can buy more.

I received 17 sps frags in two shipments from Dave Playfair and have never been so happy! The frags were better and larger than expected and very hardy.

The true test of a supplier is how they react when things go wrong. On one of my shipments FedEx had mechanical difficulties and it took an extra day to receive the shipment. Dave was following the shipment and calling FedEx to make sure I received the corals ASAP. He even added some awesome extras to my next shipment to "make up for" FedEx's mistake.

If you need any frags, this is definitely the guy to get them from! He is helping to bring this hobby up to a new level.

Dave is a great guy - the frags I ordered from him were all nice and healty, aside from a tort that didn't make it.

Unfortunatley, all the grown in corals just perished in my crash - I'll definitely be restocking with him as they were nicer than most!
