does anybody know where I can find some southdown/oldcastle/yardright sand? i HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A WHILE AND i'M GETTING FRUSTRATED!!! I'm not gonna pay to have it shipped here... for that price I'll go buy the real stuff from the lfs. thanks guys.

If you feel like a small road trip, you could get some in the Pittsburgh area. Most any Home Depot up around the 'burgh will have it in the lawn and garden section. Do a few searches and get a feel for what the graphic on the front of the bag looks like. The new bags I have seen don't say southdown on them anymore. Here is an old bag:

Thanks for the info... went there today and grabbed a few bags... may go back and stock up... the people there have no idea what they're talking about I asked for it and the lady at the counter said there was no such thing and then they ended up having it... anyways for anyone that wants to go get some... just ask for tropical play sand.. that seems to ring a bell with them... enduring the sandstorm right now :D

tropical play sand is the magic phrase dont confuse the poor sales person.
