Good looking rock.....was it fully cured , or do you expect a few weeks for it to cure...?

should be cured, looks good but I don't see it being any better than TBS as quoted earlier, great price though.

I didnt get a package, I just ordered 65lbs of the premium coralline rock @ $2.99 a lb. It comes straight out of the ocean and into a vat of seawater where Dale keeps it until you order. There is no need to cure it.

p.s. your right there is not much difference, but its $3.00 a lb cheaper, and it is grown in the same area as TBS

Shipping was $37.50 for all. That is a flat rate for up to 100lbs. I picked it up at the local airport at the Southwest freight office.

yeah def a sweet deal, especially considering I paid $11/lb for TBS from the LFS.

Did you get your stuff from NSA in Maumelle? I asked those guys and they use Gulfview for rock also, but they charge $7.50 a lb.
Where are you at dog?

I'm in Little Rock. I got my TBS from NSA. I'm pretty sure the first couple batches they had were TBS. They said it was. I thought it was a bit much, but I wasn't getting much, I just got 5-10 lbs to help seed the fiji I had already bought when it was Aquatic designs. I got caught right in the move. I liked it enough to pay for it. It was prime rock, it had been there a day at most. good rock is a smart move, especially for impatient types. It's change and growth kept me occupied during the cycle.
