well i dont have a picture, but i was lookin in my 5 gallon nano tonight, and noticed 2 white cacoon looking things? are these sponges? or what?

That sounds to me like the Coral eating flyethermine worm cocoon. Those thing even eat your fish. They are kinda like their cousins the piranha in the fact that they will eat anything and everything. Do not put your hand in the tank. REPEAT! Do not put your hand in the tank. j/k feeling kinda onry :D
