Within DRC ?....Looking for any base type or better quality pcs, cured or uncured, or even some old dried up rock or coral skeltons that I can break down for frag mounts. $$ or trade :confused:

I've gotten cheap LR rubble from fishman before, it was like 1.50 a pound

I have about 30lbs of dried up base rock you can have (FREE). It was in my tank for a few months. It's been sitting outside since July of 03. My wife keeps asking me what I'm going to do with it or how I'm going to get rid of it. I was thinking about using it as decorative rock in the flower bed.

I see you updated your post ,.....you say sitting outside , would it be safe to say its not contaminated by rainwater or anything ,...would you still consider it safe to use in a reef?

After it dried out in the sun for a few weeks I boxed it up and put it under the picnic table (covered porch). How do I check them for contamination? Do I soak them in some tank water for a few days and test the water? I'm trying to get the macro that Mike just gave me to take root on a piece right now.
