selling stuff

I need 60 dollars to pay a speeding ticket, so i gotta sell stuff. instead of selling myself, I'll empty parts of my tank out for anyone...
i have a croeca that i would part with for 80.... its 6 inches or so. (cost me 110, and I'll cry if you want it-but i need money more than a clam)
otherwise, I have a 10+inch lta-green and red -40
a brown encrusting sps of some sort-10 (its a big chunk)
anthelia-10 for a bunch
a chunk of galaxea-30ish... I'll see how big of a chunk I take a hammer to.
Green maze brain chunk (20 or so mouths)-10


If anyone in duluth wants it, I'll bring it to the meeting: I'll pass through grand rapids/deer river and those areas. I'm not bringing my clam, so if someone wants that, they'll have to get ahold of me about it b4 hand.

and I'll have em all cleaned up so that there won't be a risk of flatworms moving from my tank to another... yes, its possible, and yes, i'll take a tweezers to my corals I sell!!!

I feel your pain..:mad2: I recently got yet another speeding ticket a few months ago just east of Hudson, WI. That puppy was $230!! that hurts! I was pretty p-i-s-s-e-d....

Yes it sucks! 8 Hours of Mind numbing, Mono-tone, Drive you in sane Torcher. But it's only @$50 & the ticket won't show on the insurance.

mine won't show already
the cop saw me going 53 in a 30, but gave me 40 in a 30, and instead of giving me a state ticket, gave me a city citation...

I figure, might as well pay the 60 right away!!!

well, if it will stay off your record, I'd pay the 60. I'd still call and ask, and if it will, set up a court date to talk to the city/county prosecutor about it. I've done it with all of my speeding tickets, and have only 1 on my record. All you have to do is admit to making a mistake, and ask the prosecutor if there's a way you can have it stayed, so it will be dropped after a period of time. Usually it's a year, and you'll pay 10-20 dollars more. Much better than insurance or a job finding out about it.

nope... you need 3 in a 12 month span to get it suspended.

Tom, I got my first ticket on Christmas Morning, 1995. The second ticket was 12/28, the third was 1/2. Honestly, I deserved 1 of them. Anyway, after losing my license for 30 days, I learned quickly how to get tickets to stay off my record. In fact, I had a continuation on top of 2 others...I got 3 tickets within 8 months a couple years later, and none of them ended up going on my record. Of course, I paid for it. I think each one was 110 bucks, but that was better than losing my license or insurance going up. But these days, at the "all growed up" age of 26, I learn to go the speed limit....it's a lot easier
