Yep, I'm back. Got side-tracked by a worm, and what exactly I did to get myself able to stay on-line for more than fifteen seconds, I do not know. I'd like to take a moment and give special *thanks* to those of us with enough free time on their hands to sit around all day and dream up code for viruses... I can hear the beer commercials now... *Thank you, Mr. computer virus-writer. YOU boldly screw up life so that the rest of us will have something to do for weeks on end..." LOL

Anyways... Before you all get excited at the possibility of reading my eloquent rants... I'm going to be out-of-pocket for a few days or weeks because, yes, I'm FINALLY moving to Belle-Vegas. Yes, that's right, I'm "movin' on up" (insert theme song from "The Jeffersons")!

And no, I wasn't banned from RC, although I suppose I owe a hearty "thanks" to a couple of the MTRC guys who worked "behind-the-scenes" to make sure I didn't get banned! Although I was unable to read your PMs concerning your actions until today (a month later), don't think I don't appreciate you!

Anyway, more rants will follow soon... ;)

Robert- If you are still having some backlash from the virus, a website to check out that worked for me is grisoft.com. This give a free version of AVG antivirus software. This program will run through your system and hunt the little buggers down and isolate them for you. It's like Ghostbusters prison. It was unable to remove all of the worm and thread (I got hit by a couple all bound into one), but it got my system to stay booted long enough to retreive any necessary data before formatting. If you haven't formatted and would like to, let me know and I can help. People that create viruses have nothing better to do than gain thrill from vaguely and remotely knowing that they have caused problems for some poor unsuspecting individual. I guess they feel a need to associate with the other terrorists of the world. It'd be nice if they'd use their skills and talents to do something constructive. Maybe the world could be a better place. 'The world will never know.'
