Well, notch the meeting place off the list
My mom has access to anything and everything in the Lafayette building at the University of Vermont and she said that she would be more than willing to let us use the facilities in there and let us have access to any technology that is available. She has to be there when we are, but her office is just next door and she said that she has a ton of things that she could do while we meet.
So... Voila, the ball is rolling.
