Come out and Join Us. their will be a super nice discount for all members..
Scott has asked us to be there after 5:00PM so that we don't interfere with his afternoon rush.
Second, I know it's not anything we can really control, but I'm going to ask anyway. Please try and refrain to making frag trades until 5:30PM just to give everyone a chance to see what you bring. Even if you promised to bring something for someone try and wait until we start to make those trades, it will just help everything in the long run. Last meeting we had one guy bring SPS frags and we all looked like kids under a pinata when he opened the box.
OK, now that I have that out of the way.
5:00- 5:30PM Meet, greet, get a name tag and buy raffle tickets
5:30 - 6:30PM Trade frags, shop at SWP, have a good time and buy raffle tickets
6:30 Raffle all donated items and whatever items selected in the poll.
After Raffle - We will have a TARE meeting open to anyone
Topics will include
Why the Name change?
Discuss the idea of having a once a year tank tour
Setting up a book or dry goods Co-op for reference materials and seldom used items
Ideas for future meetings
Future raffles
DIY meetings
Species meetings and or themed frag swaps
Then an open discussion if there is time.
We have to be out before 8PM.
