Need to know basic tank chemical balance paramaters

What are the paramaters I.e. ( 375 - 400 ) that should be kept in a Reef tank

Im going to reset my auqacontroller and need the following info

Calcium
Ph
iodine
alkalinity
Nitrates
Nitrites
Ammonium
Magnesium



What is the best ORP value that I should be looking for

I will answer what I can.
Most people like to keep their calcium around 420
P.H. around 8.3
Iodine(Iodide) and Magnesium I'm not sure as I don't check mine. From what I hear most of the Iodide and Magnesium test kits are very inacurate anyway.
Alkalinity around 8-12 degrees DKH
Ammonia and Nitrites should always be at 0
Nitrates should be as close to 0 as possible. I don't reccomend letting them get above 10
