Ick Help!

Hey Guys I bought two damsels to cycle my 10 gallon tank, and my three stripe damsel has devolved some white spots which I think is ick. Every day it gets worst I also have a blue damsel that seems to be scratching a lot against my live rock and live sand. Is there any thing that I can do? I need help fast before it gets worst or spreads to my other fish. I do have live rock and live sand I don’t want to add any thing with copper. Help!! Any and all help would be appreciated.

The only two surefire methods are copper and hyposalinity. These must be carried out in quarantine tank seperate from any LR, LS or inverts.

For treating in the tank with the LS and stuff, the only thing I've come across with any potential is to feed foods soaked in garlic oil. Just use the RC search funtcion and plug in garlic to get some past threads on the subject. Basically it seems to have some effect on mild cases, but not is not consistent enough to be considered a surefire cure.
