Are My Damsels Breeding?

I have had two striped Damsels for over 4 months. One is a little larger that the other and is turning black. they seem to distantce them selfs from each other but twards the end of the day they will come out and swim togeather. the only other fish in the tank is two neon gobies. well i looked in the tank this morning and something caught my eye. it was a gelatin mass with about 50-100 white eggs on top of my live rock. could this be from the damsels or possable somethin else. all i have in ther that could be its owner are a brittle star, planktonic cuck, or blue leg hermits.
it reminds me of frog eggs almost exept it is about half the size of a penny and clear.
