Posting Videos

Been seeing alot of these lately. Can they be posted on RC or are they hosted on an off site server? I've checked the gallery of some of the video posters and they aren't in their galleries. What's the secret?

That site looks more like how to make the movie. I've already done that. The .mov file is 8 mb. Don't think something that big can be posted on RC. Let me know if you figure it out. I've tried searching RC for answers but came up blank.
