I'm looking for ideas for a drop-in fuge. I can squeeze in something say 15" tall x 11" deep by 9" wide. The pre-made drop-ins are too big.
I realize DIY with acrylic is one possibility. Any other ideas?
Thanks,
Ted

yeah! how about one of them fancy on the back fuges, maybe that fit in your sump? I would say just cut a couple pieces of acrylic and replace your partitions with taller ones, but thats just me....

What about Glass?
Glass that size isn't so hard to cut, and use a drimel to smoth the edges.
Silicon glue to hold it together.

My ghetto fuge is working good so far.
I took a 1.3 gallon Rubbermaid food canister and drilled some holes in it, dropped it into the sump, added some chunks of LR and a clump of chaeto and placed a light over it. Chaeto is growing, pods, etc are living in the rock and coraline algae is forming on the container.
At some point I may make a slightly bigger fuge out of glass or something so I can include some sand.
