View Full Version : Magnetic cleaner rated for 1" thick acrylic???

Hey guys,

I can only find a few magnetic cleaners that state that they will go up to 1" acrylic and they have all been very expensive. Anyone here have one they like and if so what is the brandname and model? Got any cheap solutions that work?

i find the cheap ones are crap, I use the great white, tiger shark, and megladon from "algae free" alot, they are great!

I have a .5" tank and I use the Maganavore. Expensive, yes but I really like it. They make a 1" model.

Magnavores rock. I have a Magnavore 8 on 3/4 acrylic and it rocks

If you want a magnet that has it all and does the best job, then Magnavore is where its at. =)

I use the Magnavore 10 on my 1" thick acrylic tank...expensive, but worth every penny!
