Ok...here we go!!!
February meeting is set for Friday, February 13 at 7:00 P.M. at Denny's Restaurant on San Fernando Road.
The key speaker will be Jim Wolfe and his topic will be: "The Aging Marine Aquarium: A look at the physical, chemical, and biological changes and their effect on the well being of the tank."
And, we will have a featured aquarium presentation by...YIKES :eek1: ME! Everyone will be searched for rotten fruits and bottles at the door. Hecklers please sit in the back row!
Also, we will have a fantastic raffle featuring a R.O. Unit, a mini-might power compact light, plenty of salt mix, and some killer fish and corals selected by Yvonne.
We have quite a year of speakers lined up. We have confirmation and/or commitments from the following speakers:
Michael Paletta on Ultimate Marine Aquariums
Julian Sprung on ???? something good!!!
Steve Tyree on effect of lighting on coral growth and color
Mark Loos from Long Beach Aquarium on collecting and
keeping jellyfish in a home aquarium
