How does one sex a Scott's Fairy Wrasse?

I just got a Scott's Fairy Wrasse in this week, and am trying to determine if it's male of female. Does anyone know if there are ways to differentiate for this species? Mine is small (about 4 inches). I'd like to maybe add another of this beautiful species to this tank, but don't want to risk putting 2 males together.

I would consult scott michaels book. he has a section on fairy wrasses.
Another source of info could be www.themarinecenter.com Randy always carries a full complment of fairly wrasses and may know the differences
