Hi All,

I have a lovely clown fish that needs a new home. I only ask that there be no bullies (i.e. a pair of clowns already) in the tank the animal is going into. Extra points will be awarded if he (she by now) will get an anemone!! Contact me at 971-4898 or larzmarz@surewest.net for more info. I would normally take the fish to O Street or such for credit, but I shudder to think who would get it.

Love that fish . . .

:( I wish you posted a month ago. I just put a male in my tank. He is the only one at this point. I do have two BTAs in there.... would it be dangerous to add a female at this point?

I think that they all start life as males, and turn female if there is not another female in the "house". You could try, and see what happens. Maybe give it a shot over the weekend, when you could keep an eye on things, and remove the smaller one if things get out of hand. I think the sex morph can be reversed if it is not too far along (the smaller fish is usually the male).

Thanks,
Larz

Larry,
I will take the fish. I have a rose BTA that is lonely.

You've recouped your MARS membership fees in free fish alone. All right!!!

If James does not take it I have 2 RBTA that it would love

Hi all,

Thanks for all the responses. It looks like tomorrow the clown will be getting a new home (with anemone). If it falls through (I doubt it), I'll repost.

Larry,
Thanks for the clown. She has already settled into a rose anemone and is doing great.
Thanks
