Disappearing Ick...or is it sand...HELP

My royal gramma and cherub angel in the mornings when they wake up they look like they have ick on them but in the after noons it is all gone. What is going on here? Is it possible that the ick detaches itself from the fish in the afternoons?

Dont worry its sand sticking to the fishes body. Remember that most fish have a sticky slimy coat that covers their body making them highly adhesive, especially those that burrow in the substrate or rest on the bottom. I have experienced this lots of times. If it is truly ick, the spots will remain for at least a few days.
Also if you tank is highly oxygenated (lots of little bubbles) these will also stick to fishes giving the appearence of ich. But will dissapear in a short time.
