Pump for CL

I am in the planniing stages for our in-wall tank. Plywood, 72"l x 29"h x 34"d. For a closed loop, I'm looking at the Sequence 4000seq12 @ 0' head rated @4200gph. What do you think, enough flow??

Great pumps. I have had my sequence 21SEQ2900 for 9 months running as my return. No problems, no noise, and no heat. For your situation I thing its more about what kind of tank you want? Reef, Fish only, Soft corals, SPS, clams. The pump you are considering is going to move a lot of water, but if you want SPS you may need two of those. Or consider the tunze streams. Best to do a search on this topic.
