Leaping Blennies !!!

Has anyone seen these guy's leaping blennies on display at Monterey bay aquarium? Check them out on the Monterey bay aquarium web site under whats new on thier home page. Why would they and Japan have the only ones...are they selective bred? Or what?:eek1:
