Well or Local Water?

I am in the Menomonee Falls area and I am using the Kent RO / DI 60 GPD model I have access in the house to both well water and city water considering I am going through the RO/DI does it matter which one I use?

It is easier for me to get to the well water in the fish room rather than having to go from the fish room to the utility room for city water.

Any suggestions?

Well water is fine as long as it is softened. If your using hard well water you can plan the filter life expectancy to be shortened.
