Is a 12 gallon nano big enough for a pair of gobys and 1 clown fish including the corals?

We have a shrimp goby pair, two clowns, 3 red head gobies and corals in our display tank. It always goes back to water conditions and tank maintaince. We clean our tank glass about every 3-4 days. 2 gal water changes ever 2-3 weeks. The filter is a pretty good little filter for water turn over. It's a all around cool deal. A small clean up crew, live rock and live sand helps...dennis
