From what I have read, they don't behave all that different than normal. Maybe a bit more aggressive, but that's about it. Clownfish are egg layers so she won't be pregnant with 'babies' as it were. If you would like to get a book that is great at discussing Clownfish, go ahead and purchase Joyce Wilkerson's "Clownfishes". Awesome book!

If you think you may have a pair of clownfish that are breeding then you really should get Joyce's book. I just got it and it's very thourough. From what I've read the real challenge comes after the eggs hatch.
