Ever hear of this? > Sea Pansy (Renilla reniformis )

Says it is bioluminescent, I wonder what this would look like in an Tank? Would be safe in a reef tank? Anyone ever work with any of these kind of critters? :rollface:

Yes, we have those here at our local beaches, I tried to keep one in my 38 gal. but no luck, they are totaly filter feeders and at the time I did not have a phyto culture so it faded away pretty quick like. Not somehting I would recomend.

PS: Your just itching to get something from our harbor into your tank aren't you. Um, I "might" be abe to get you a local horse but I can't tell you that for sure at the moment.

I tried to keep some of these that I found at Anastasia Island near St. Augustine, FL. They died. The snails, hermits, and anemones did fine however.
