The wife said that it would be ok to put in an in-wall tank. It will be about 72"l x 30"h x 36"d and out of plywood (fourth one)

Anyway - will I need more than one closed loop on this size tank? Roughly about 330 gals. The 3-way valve will be DIY sinusodially, 2" pvc w/ 1 rpm motor.

The over flow will span the entire length of the tank and be about 6" tall with 4x 1 1/2" bulkheads to the sump.

The fuge will be a 29 aga above the tank - and will gravity feed back to the main tank. Sump will be a 90 aga with an Iwaki 100 for a return through a manifold and will feed the calcium reactor, fuge, and through Reef Van's reefrats. Total system will be about 450gals.

Lights will be 2x diy Iwaski's - 250w 6500k, 2x 250w 10k Ushios w/ T5's to fill in-between.

Mostly SPS's, LPS's, ricordias, roses

any thoughts - opinions

That seems a little small for a 300G tank.
