Hi i have 2 400 watt magnetic balasts there brand new and i have never fired them im looking to trade them for a dual 250 or 175 setup. They are advance m59 400 watt balasts and they include caps and power cords. I wanted to post here first to see if any locals wanted them before i put them up for sale.
