Even if it's not offered any longer, shipping is only $9 for two buckets. Not bad considering you don't have to deal with the inconvenience of getting the buckets from the store to your home.
In addition, I think the buckets are more expensive in the store than they are online.
When you asked about this, I think you said Petco. It's Petsmart that offers this deal.
