Any ideas?

Hi all,
My husband (Saltwaterfishlover) is setting up an Allglass 92 Bow and stand in our new home in Boca Raton. The floor is tile; they are not smooth. His question is should he put plywood or Styrofoam down, or try to shim the stand? Anyone else encounter this problem?
Any input is appreciated.

I always put a layer of styrofoam between the stand and the floor in order to even out imperfections. The tank should be as level as possible to avoid unnecessary stresses.
