Please remember that there isn't a meeting the first Friday at KVCC
this
month. It will be on October 10th at 7:00 pm at the Ken
Krumm Recreation Center on Clay Street in Schoolcraft, Michigan.
That's
the start of the "Age Of Aquarium's 2003" Show and
Auction weekend. Bring your fish and set them up that evening if you
like, as there will be plenty of help there. No Bowl Show that
night, as we'd rather you put them in the Show. Fry Raising Contest
participants, it's time to bring in your Cichlasoma cutteri for
judging by the breeder, Paul Delger. RAFFLES!!! Boy, has Harry,
Casey,
and Joe got raffles for you! Not only Friday night, but all
Show and Auction weekend long!

If you haven't signed up for the Award Banquet with the big delicious
meal that is being catered, contact Casey Stelleni ASAP. There
are limited meals available, and when they're gone.....THEY'RE GONE!
Here's more about the BANQUET:

The site will close to the public at 6:00 p.m. for the awards banquet
party, which will be held on site. A catered buffet dinner will be
open to all SWMAS members, exhibitors, judges, and vendors for $5.00
per
plate. Dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m. Raffle prizes will be
drawn at dinner for buffet ticket holders. Non-exhibitors can still
join the fun with dinner running $10.00 per plate. Mike Schadle has
agreed to be our keynote speaker for the evening and will talk about
his
collecting trip to Brazil, or “The Other Side of Collecting, as
he calls it, so be prepared for a fun evening! Those individuals
wishing only to attend the program and not the dinner may do so for a
fee of $5.00. Those tickets, however, will not be eligible for the
raffle drawings.

They also have lots of vendors coming in too, so you have to come and
shop. Here's what they have lined up so far:
