Here in the upstate reef society, we have meetings, they are not formal (everymonth)But what happens is Someone posts that they would like to hold a meeting, they then post a poll of what day would be better for eveyone and they have the meeting at their house, and it varies from person to person.Some people drive over 2 hours to attend one just b/c everyone is soo helpful.. we all have a good time, eat , Drink (beer) and talk the day away about our tanks and of corse we trade corals and frags...I also attend a monthly meeting on tuesday nights (can be a pain in the butt at times but a great group of guys..) but i like when we hold the reef meetings at someones house.... You get to look at someone elses system and learn from their mistakes.....
