After resealing it (AllGlass silicone) and getting a portion too thin for comfort, it's either reseal it or sell the thing. I honestly dont care to ever reseal a tank, and my first attempt is ugly at best. It needs to be re-siliconed for peace of mind. (I used 4.5 tubes) Oceanic trim is stamped 1992. This thing is a beast, standard 6' dimensions, split glass center brace for 3 light openings. Anyone brave and want a reseal 180g project ? I'll make ya a hellava deal. :)

Is it just the front pane that needs to be resealed or the entire tank. Are the overflows standard or have they been cut more to increase flow. Is glass in good shape (scratchs, etc.) Did you have to replace any panes due to cracked glass. Also, why did it have to be resealed in the first place

Whole tank needs to be resealed , just one part of the silicone is thin , but if one part of a tank needs to be redone , you have to redo the whole thing.

IM yes the glass is in good shape , some scratches on the bottom , I havnt noticed any large scraches on the front, There are some small ones, remember this is a tank from 1992.

Tank needed resealed because portions of the old silicone had been eatten by a silicone eatting bug of some sort. This was just in a few sections. The guy I bought it from said it never leaked. I did it just to be safe.

Overflow slots look to be enlarged a bit , depends on the pump you use as to whether it will handle it all. I had planned to use a Iwaki 100rlt with it.
